Abū al-Ṭufayl (may Allah be pleased with him) reported, as narrated by Thābit ibn al-Walīd from his father: Abū al-Ṭufayl said to me, “I lived eight years during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ﷺ, and I was born in the year of Uḥud.” Reference: Musnad Aḥmad 222
