Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: “Two men sneezed in the presence of the Prophet (ﷺ) ﷺ, and he said the blessing (yarḥamuka Allāh) for one of them. Someone said to him: ‘Two men sneezed and you blessed only one of them?’ He said: ‘This one praised Allah , while that one did not praise Allah.’” Yaḥyā said: “Sometimes [Sulaymān al-Taymī] said: ‘this one (hādhā)’ or words to that effect.” Reference: Musnad Aḥmad 193
