Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ﷺ saw a man being supported between his two sons as he walked. He asked, “What is the matter with this man?” They replied, “He has vowed to walk .” The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ﷺ said, “Allah has absolutely no need for this man to torment himself.” Then he commanded him to ride, and he did.
