وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -رَدَّ اَلْيَمِينَ عَلَى طَالِبِ اَلْحَقِّ } رَوَاهُمَا اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ, وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِمَا ضَعْف ٌ 1 .
